The Toronto Blue Jays got a tough win over the Boston Red Sox yesterday at Fenway Park with the Blue Jays victorious 8 to 7. You don’t often see such high scoring games, and anyone with Red Sox tickets sure got their money’s worth. This high-scoring game saw the teams combine for a whopping 15 runs! Talk about excitement!

Blue Jays pitcher Ricky Romero (4.26 ERA) got the win, while Clay Buchholz (3.74 ERA) took the loss for the Red Sox. Ricky Romero went 5 innings for the Blue Jays, allowed 7 hits, no home runs and 2 earned runs with one walk and 3 strikeouts. Also pitching for the Blue Jays was Brandon League (4.64), Jesse Carlson (4.73), and Shawn Camp (3.59).
