Rays defeat Red Sox at Fenway Park

The Tampa Bay Rays faced the the Boston Red Sox yesterday at Fenway Park with the Rays winning 7 to 1. It was quite a game that followers with Rays tickets will be talking about for days.

Rays pitcher Matt Garza (0.75 ERA) got the win, while Jon Lester (8.44 ERA) took the loss for the Red Sox. Evan Longoria had a tough day at the plate, leaving 4 runners on base. The Red Sox didn’t have anyone with a big night with not one batter getting more than 2 hits. The Red Sox managed one run, 5 hits and one error.
